How realistic was the characterization? The characters were realistic and all their actions were plausible. I cannot imagine how barbaric the kidnappers were.

Favourite quote … "Let us never negotiate out of fear; But let us never fear to negotiate ."

Why would you recommend or not recommend this book? I would recommend this book for anyone aged 13 and above. It was a captivating read from beginning to end .
